"I called in multiple times to have the beneficiaries corrected. Now there are different beneficiaries on my policy. It says that I’m married to a woman and that I have a stepdaughter. Marla and Rachel have said inappropriate things to me and nothing is addressed by the agent. There’s an investigation regarding why there are different names on my beneficiary list. I filed a formal complaint with State Farm. Independent contractors have to handle their own employees, but considering there’s a personal and professional relationship with the employees, nothing will happen."
