It was my first time getting insurance and every other agent I talked to from other companies was rushing me and just trying to get me to sign. Cris thoroughly went over everything in the policy, explaining what everything meant and telling me what she recommended for my situation, and it all made sense. I was expecting a rate like the other agents from other companies had given me, but the policy Cris gave me covered more and saved me a ton of money! "I have been very dissatisfied with my experience working with Tabatha Jauregi. Throughout the process of setting up our insurance policies, my husband and I were provided with inaccurate information on multiple occasions regarding our coverage and policy terms. We later discovered that several of the things we were told were not true, which has created significant confusion and complications with our policies.
Additionally, important details about our coverage were not clearly communicated to us, leaving us unaware of key aspects of our policies. As a result, we are now dealing with issues that could have been avoided with accurate information and proper communication. Unfortunately, this experience has left us feeling frustrated and lacking confidence in the service we received."

"I had been through 5 different agents today with different providers. I had not not had a vehicle in many years so rates were not looking good and some providers refused to insure me even though I had a clean record I just had no recent history. Olivia was wonderful. The process was quick(you can imagine how much I did not want to go through the process with another agent after the first 5) And price to start was literally about half of the previous. Thank you for your assistance and you likely have a customer for life."
