It was my first time getting insurance and every other agent I talked to from other companies was rushing me and just trying to get me to sign. Cris thoroughly went over everything in the policy, explaining what everything meant and telling me what she recommended for my situation, and it all made sense. I was expecting a rate like the other agents from other companies had given me, but the policy Cris gave me covered more and saved me a ton of money!
